The Pinnacle 9 Ethos

The Pinnacle 9 Ethos

The Pinnacle 9 Ethos

There are 9 life enhancing values (principles) that shape the architectexture of my life.

These 9 values greatly impact the structure of my life and how my life feels.

To see the Pinnacle 9 Values listed out, go to this article here –

When you put all 9 of these values together and live them out you have what I call the Pinnacle 9 Ethos.

Pinnacle – “1 A lofty peak 2 The highest or culminating point, as of success, power, fame, etc.: the pinnacle of one’s career” –

Pinnacle “1 A high mountain top ~ a lofty pinnacle 2 The best or most important part of something: the point of greatest success or achievement” Merriam Webster Online Dictionary

Ethos – “the fundamental character or spirit of a culture; the underlying sentiment that informs the beliefs, customs, or practices of a group or society; dominant assumptions of a people or period”

Ethos– “the guiding beliefs of a person, group, or organization” Merriam Webster Online Dictionary

Transcendent “Going beyond ordinary limits; surpassing; exceeding”

Transcendent“1 a: exceeding usual limits: SURPASSING 1 b: extending or lying beyond the limits of ordinary experience” Merriam Webster Online Dictionary

Live a Transcendent Life

Implementing the Pinnacle 9 Ethos into your life will equip you to you live a transcendent life – a life that that is way beyond the ordinary experience people usually have.

The Extraordinary Upgrade: The Good Better Best Life

One of the paradigms I teach at Spark to Bonfire is The Extraordinary Upgrade. This a doable stair-step process that equips you to begin living the good life, and then the better life, and then the best life.

To live the good life, you need the first three Pinnacle 9 Values. FYI – Life Change Starts Here with with living out these three values.

To live the better life, you need Pinnacle 9 Values four through seven (i.e.- The Four Treasures), and to live the best life you need Pinnacle 9 Values eight and nine.

Once you have embraced and implemented all of the Pinnacle 9 Values into your journey you are living a transcendent life – a life that that is way beyond the ordinary experience people usually have.

The Pinnacle 9 Values

#1 Enjoy Your Life

Sadly many, many people don’t know how to enjoy their life. Here is a link to a Spark to Bonfire resource that teaches you how to enjoy your life  –

#2 Pursue Wholerness

You will never be whole. Those who are trying to be whole are often miserable. They usually don’t feel like they are quite good enough yet. I suggest that the pursuit of wholerness is way better than the pursuit of wholeness.

Loved and Wonderful

Please know this – you are loved and wonderful just as you are. Let me say that again – you are loved and wonderful just as you are.

Don’t attempt to become whole – instead pursue wholerness.

To be abundantly clear – Can you become whole? NOPE. You can however peacefully and persistently pursue wholerness.

Will you be more loved if you get wholer? – NOPE!

Will you be more wonderful if you get wholer? – NOPE!

Will your life get better the wholer you become? – YEP!

Cheers Others On

#3 Make A Difference

You have to make a difference. One very doable way you can make a difference is to Cheer Others On.

The Four Treasures – Pinnacle 9 Values Four through Seven

#4 Joy

#5 Adventure

#6 Serenity

#7 Fulfillment

Joy“The emotion of great delight or happiness caused by something exceptionally good or satisfying; keen pleasure; elation” Dictionary .com

What delights you? What brings you joy?

Adventure“Participation in exciting undertakings or enterprises” Dictionary .com

What kind of endeavors excite you?

Serenity – “The state or quality of being serene, calm, or tranquil; sereneness” Dictionary .com

Fulfillment – “People who experience fulfillment are deeply satisfied. A fulfilling personal relationship is deeply satisfying. If you are fulfilled professionally – you find your work to be deeply satisfying. Fulfilled people have their desires fulfilled” Steven Shomler

SatisfyTo fulfill the desires, expectations, needs, or demands of (a person, the mind, etc.); to give full contentment: the hearty meal satisfied him.” Dictionary .com

Those are The Four Treasures. Life is too short and too precious to live a life where you don’t experience those four treasures on an ongoing basis.

#8 Savor

Savor takes enjoyment joy to a deeper level. When you savor something, you really lean into it, and you really enjoy it.

#9 Intentionally Create a Positive & Powerful Legacy

When you are gone your legacy will be the impact your life had. A powerful legacy continues long after you are gone. A powerful legacy serves overs.

One example – A caring and nurturing grandmother can leave a positive & powerful legacy that impacts many generations.

Go Live The Life You Imagine

Go Live The Life You Imagine

Go Live The Life You Imagine

October 2021 is here and 2022 is just around the corner.

I am so grateful to be living in the Pacific Northwest. Fall is my favorite season here. The chill in the air, the leaves turning a bright gold and a rich bronze, the early morning fog. I could go on.

I make a point to take time to savor all that makes fall special for me.

In the past – fall was also when my mind began to drift toward  the upcoming year and I would unhelpfully fret about what the next year would bring.

I would have this underlying unease because my heart longed for a life that was more fulfilling, and more joyful than the one I was living. My heart yearned for more adventure and for more serenity.

I am so grateful that now I have those Four Treasures – Fulfillment, Joy, Adventure, and Serenity,

I am also grateful that each fall when my mind drifts toward the next year I am sooo excited because of all of the awesomeness that is already on the calendar!

My question for you is this –

What Life Do You Want in 2022 or 2023?

Know this – Life Change Can Happen. You really can change your life.

PS – The coffee in that mug is 44 North Coffee Royal Tar.
